Any Canadian orthos willing to work with Ramieri?
« on: April 13, 2025, 06:44:05 PM »
Hi friends, I recently had a consultation with Dr Ramieri and he said that surgery first is not an option for me and that I would most likely need to find an orthodontist first and extract my 2 lower premolars.

Are there any orthodontists in Canada that have worked with Ramieri or other European surgeons before or would they generally be reluctant to work with EU surgeons?

Not sure but I think the reluctance of North American orthos (Canada and US) to coordinate with EU maxfax doctors is in circumstances of the SURGERY FIRST method which is not common in North America. Since you are not getting the surgery first method, seems to me your options would be open to find an ortho in Canada to coordinate your ortho treatment with the EU doctor.
