Well honestly. Depends. If I can find a surgeon willing to do some kind lefort III then I most likely will.
First I'm going to have a consultation with a craniofacial surgeon who's my friends dad and get a honest opinion. I'd get a lefort 1 but esthetically my mid face would be non-existant.

Surgery in Switzerland just got 30% more expensive if you're paying with euro since Switzerland just scrapped the minimum exchange rate. As if it wasn't expensive enough over there.
