I had a consultation also with Dr. Sandro Pelo, he is very very skilled, but he said me that he can't shorten my upper lip , he only could do a V-Y plasty , on my upper lip, but i don't know if it's right for my case

The sensible thing to do would be to let Pelo do the bone work then when that's healed, pursue a lip lift by a specialist - there are several surgeons in the US that I can recommend.

I know it's a time consuming costly approach but you will waste far more time and money having to revise that man's work if he botches it. As Gregor said, why take the risk?

Thanks Modigliani, could you tell me the name of some surgeon specialized in lip lift ? Are there any in Europe ? My main issue is the scar, because i have a hard beard , and a scar where beard doesn't grow is far more visible

Both very experienced with lip lifts. Haworth is too but he tends towards a very overdone Hollywood look, wouldn't recommend him for a man.

Guyuron does subtle ones, he did a nice revision on a male patient who is now very happy.

These are the names I would investigate first, all in the US unfortunately.
