Yeah, mine was quite a unique situation as I hadn't (and still haven't) seen anyone undergo the same thing. I'll dig through to get some before and and after pictures of my procedure to post them here though!

I'm fairly certain Arnett/Gunson do lower jaw first too. Their book explains why but I don't have a copy anymore.
