I have the same problem, except my right side is larger.

Why can't you have surgery to correct this? I've seen multiple people with condylar hyperplasia have it correct via jaw surgery.

Right!, I think the same. The problem now is that having previous orthognathic surgery, there are many doctors who do not want to risk touching the bone because it was operated.

You said you had a lefort ii?

This shouldn't affect you creating the asymmetry, at least I think. My consultant told me that to correct it a BSSO with a potential genio would be all that is needed to correct the symmetry.. I don't know.

I mean is that some doctors say that They prefer not to cut the bone as it can be dangerous because I had an orthognathic surgery.

This is my ideal for me. You are think that possible with genioplasty, without need using implants for wide lenght?

Also, I would  like reduce a little the chin. What  procedure recommended to come to this?

Yes, the third pic is the complete ideal.

These are before surgery, is also something of symmetry, but at least I had noticed less than now. The problem with symmetry probably started when I was a kid, the dentist pulled me two teeth molar on the side where I have deficiency.

The lips and nose before was more symmetrical.  The most important now is know that procedure can be done to harmonize the face.

A couple more of the before:

Thanks for help!
