This would be great for me as there's too much of the whites shown at the bottom of my eyes. Strangely when i squint my eyes  i look better.

I highly doubt that, the reason I have some scleral show is because of how forward my upperjaw is in relation to my upper midface. The facial skin is stretched downwards which results in that, a Lefort 1 would make it worse but maybe I'm wrong and it depends on skull types.
