Maxfac recommended LF1, BSSO, HA cheek implants and paranasal implants.

During my consultation he said he is willing to advance my upper and lower jaw by 2mm only. Price quoted for everything is 15k euro including anaesthesia and hospital costs.

Anyone had jaw surgery for 2mm only? It seems so little and not sure if worth spending 15k over. My bite is good at the moment and surgery would be mostly for aesthetic improvement.

2mm is nothing. Also a paranasal implant would ruin your smile

What is a paranasal implant???? What does it do and how would it ruin a smile?

That's what I thought. And I was wrong calling it paranasal implant, on the quote it says "Artificial bone (paranasal area)" and I believe hydroxyapatite wil be used too.

To get rid of paranasal hallowing and smooth nasolabial folds (which aren't that noticeable right now as I'm 21 but doctor said I lack bone in this area)
