What can you tell looking at my X-ray?  ::)
I have some filler in chin now - around 4 -5 mm. Most surgeons want to do genioplasty/chin wing.
Prof. Raffaini told that if I want more visible upper teeth I need bimax. He want to move both jaws around 3 mm down and 4 forward. He made very good impression on me.

Why not ? I don't look bad now, but I worried how I will look at 10-15 years. My jaws are small so I may aging badly.

Absolutely no spam. I know him. He is not happy with the outcome of surgery with R. Thats is all.

Oh no, so there are only few surgeons left on my list. Do you know what happened ? He looks better before that after or he wants to get better outcome ?

Online reviews must always be taken with a grain of salt.  The good ones are often solicited or faked.  An occasional bad review is not unusual.  EVERY (!) surgeon has an unhappy patient now and then, and these patients can be especially vocal in venting their anger online.
