who gave it to you. i have a lot of ppl who asked me for it but my doctor treats only patients he/some doctor he knows can directly follow him...so basically it's super tough. it'd be a huge coincidence if it's the same network of doctors!
I've got it from an dentist in my country who is originally from Italy. He is listed on the acom website that you have referred to before. It was pretty hard to track him down.
He made an extremely thorough examination of my face, mouth, and teeth, so he is legit and very competent.
