Lateral Ceph Experts! What is this value that is cut off from my tracing!

The 6th value from the top. I cant help but think it must be important. 

my conclusion from these cephs are:

-Mandible 2 degrees retrognathic
-Mandible Length 20mm too short
-Lower third aprox. 7 mm too short
-Short midface (no big deal, can be good, depending on mid face width)
-Proclined incisors (not sure what this means aesthetically/functionally)

my maxilla could be considered 0.5 degrees recessed aswell, depending on which standards are used.

Any other observations?  Does anyone know what that 6th value is?

It basically says that your Maxillo-Mandibular Complex is underdeveloped wrt rest of the face.

In my opinion the lower bound of normal should not be used as a reference, especially for a male (you are male I assume). Your mandible is probably 5°-7° retrognathic and the maxilla 3°-5°. Guys can pull of higher SNA and SNB angles than girls (mine are both at 85° after surgery, ANB is 0°).
Your entire jaw complex should be moved forwards (anterior) and downwards in the posterior which is commonly known as ccw rotation with posterior downgraft of the maxilla. You would probably need as much mandibular lengthening as possible to balance out the lower face with the rest. It's visible in the ceph that your midface (nose) dominates the facial thirds, for a guy a larger lower facial third (i.e. larger than mid and upper third) is very attractive. This is doubly so when the nose/midface is short/compact.

Notrain, would the CCW rotation not further decrease (rotation point ANS) or leave unchanged (rotation point incisor tip) the anterior facial height? OP mentioned that his lower third was 7 mm too short. What needs to be done to increase the anterior facial height while performing the suggested CCW? Genio?
