Any input on this?

Here's my ceph:

I got some radiesse injected to lower my left gonial angle and some to improve symmetry and projection of the chin. I'm pretty happy with how things look when my mouth is closed.

What makes the overbite more visible when talking(or smiling with teeth show when seen from the side), and what ways are there to correct this, if any, besides bimax?

I am not an expert but to me it seems like your case could just be fixed with braces

I'm guessing this is something you've already asked an ortho or two?

What you seem to be saying is when you talk your upper teeth show. OK. So? Big deal.
I doubt people looking at you are going to see an overbite.

What overbite?

You don't have one. Nor do you have any overjet (at least in the ceph), so you must have image/perception problems.
Millimeters are miles on the face.

Out of curiosity from seeing this ceph but slightly off topic, does anyone have any cephs on hand of some godly jaws? just wondering what they look like and how big(or small) the differences in bone truly are
