Hello,
I would like to improve the harmony of my facial aesthetics, and have more masculine projection of my lover third. I am looking into Jaw implants to increase the horizontal distance of my jaw and also increase the length of my Ramus/increase the projection of my gonial angle. I do not seek a sliding genioplasty, as I am content with my chin and I specifically want to work with the mandibular area. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. The first two pictures are me recently, and the last picture is me as a teen.
