Sagging skin after surgery
« on: July 23, 2016, 12:03:17 AM »
I've noticed my midfacial area seems to sag. It wasn't like this before surgery. What could be the cause of this?

When the mandible was advanced it pulled all the skin around forward with it. This should reduce sagging overall but yeah it's pulling the midface skin down. Or maybe your skin just stretched from all the swelling?

I had a mandibular setback not forward. That may be it. I'll attach images.
