That's a huge downdraft.  He may not have to, however.  Since advancement also increases the tooth show. So it will be X mms advanced and Y mms lowered.

But by advancing, i wont get any facial height, my lips are hurting..look at my pic again, i have SHORT face..i think raffaini will reject me

I mean i miss both 6tooth in my lower and 5tooth in my upper jaw...since i have laterognatism and overbite, by correcting them with braces, would my lips be so prominent? I think i will quit from surgery

Why cant he move my maxilla downwards for 6-7mm? It is unstable movement whether maxilla is moved 2,3, or 6mm..i dont consider relapse in correlation with distance movement, rather with time and proper healing
