She could definitely fix that gumminess with laser gum sculpting.   As her front two teeth are pretty good and others could easily be made even with them.

yeah, true story. her teeth are small so i think the skeletal position is correct, it's just teeth that are too small.

didn't know this

this girl could have been completely stunning if it wasn't for the slight gummy smile

you think?

she looks really good, i wonder if it was possible to shorten the chin or make the lower jaw less masculine.

gummy smile and pointy chin. I don't know why Alfaro is rushing through major double jaw surgery, makes no sense tbh

yes she is hot but she could have been HOTTER

everybody could be hotter. Even angelina jolie.

The thing is she passed from ugliesh/average to pretty/well above average.

That's a great result.

yeah that is disturbing. 3-5+ hours under is the greatest thing but the risk is marginal compared to a surgeon rushing an operation so he cant beat his time record.

really it's just to save OR time even if it hurts the patient.

Before I'd ask why, I'd ask how. A genio alone would take up most of that time.

Is this surgeon trying to race the clock holy crap lol thats so fast! A friend did a bi-max and genio under 3 hours and I thought her surgeon was nuts.
Her results are quite good, her teeth are considered smaller than average so with some gum reshaping there would be more balance (my teeth are small too)- but yeah her lower jaw could have been brought back a tad back.

We have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down.
